Start to Run is an introduction to jogging, under supervision, that everyone can take part in. You start with a varied programme of walking and jogging and ultimately end up running for half an hour, three times a week.
CM advantage
As a CM member, you will be refunded some of the registration money for Start to Run on the condition that:
- The initiation is organised by a municipality, province or body recognised by CM.
- The initiation is completed successfully.
