During an obstacle run, your shoes have to contend with a lot. It’s not just the kilometres that add wear to your shoes, but also the weather and the terrain you’re running over.
Would you like your favourite pair to last and last? Then pamper them with the tips below.
- Never dry them on a heat source.
- Remove the soles after a run. This will allow the shoes to dry out.
- Clean them regularly with cold water and a soft brush. Never put them in the washing machine.
