These oatmeal bars make an ideal carbohydrate-rich snack during exercise. They contain around 24g carbs per bar.

- 125g oats
- 1 egg white
- 1 mashed banana
- 25g unprocessed sugar
- 30g nuts and raisins – chopped

- Mix all ingredients thoroughly
- Bake the mixture in an oven for around 20 minutes at 175°C.
