Stephanie Scheirlynck is a sports dietician who is convinced that the right nutrition contributes towards improved sporting performance. She links all dietary advice to predetermined sporting targets. She is one of the first sports dieticians to have successfully completed the Sports Nutrition course from the IOC (International Olympic Committee).
