Tough Guy is known as one of the most challenging obstacle runs, with a third of starters not making it to the end. This is partly down to the weather conditions and the cold water the runners must go through.
Over the 15km run, there are around 250 obstacles that are incredibly varied and which pose a real risk of injury. Climbing, jumping over fire, underground tunnels… they have thought of everything.
