I don’t take yoga classes, but I think it’s a very interesting sport and see a lot of videos of it on social media. Though I had never heard from chair yoga! I’ve learned that it is possible to practice yoga in a simple way. You can do chair yoga everywhere and you don’t need a mat for it. You don’t even have to wear gym clothes. I recommend it to everyone to try it too. Be surprised by the rest and peace it brings and how relaxing it is.

Thank you for organizing the chair yoga sessions! I participated in three sessions. It’s been a boost, both physically and mentally. So I really look forward to more in 2019!

I participated in the chair yoga session for the experience. I was curious as I’d never done it. It was definitely a good session. The instructor explained the exercises very well, although some were difficult. But maybe that’s because I wasn’t very flexible ?

The chair yoga session was an excellent initiative! I’m sold!

Out of curiosity, I decided to participate in the chair yoga session. It was the perfect occasion to get familiar with it. I hadn’t done yoga ever before, but next time I want to participate again. It was very relaxing and pleasing to do, and not hard at all. It was accessible to everyone. I really recommend it as it’s an opportunity to relax and destress during work

The chair yoga session seemed like a nice break at work. My shoulders and back often hurt so it seemed to be a good initiative to relax my muscles. I wasn’t familiar with the sport though and I had never done regular yoga. I thought you had to be very flexible for that. But the experience in one word was: super! The session lasted 45 minutes, and after those 45 minutes I was totally relaxed and all my muscles were stretched. I clearly experienced a difference in my back and shoulders. And it wasn’t hard at all. The class was very accessible. We started with some breathing techniques and built up the movements very slowly. You can even do it in your business outfit. In one sentence? Chair yoga is a short but intense session where your stress just flows away and you come back to your desk as a totally relaxed person

The chair yoga was a nice initiative. I hadn’t done it before, so it was very interesting that we could give it a try. Especially because it was in the office and I didn’t have to go somewhere for it. Chair yoga is good for peace of mind and the flexibility of the body. The yoga instructor was very friendly and we did it in a nice environment. The timing, just before lunch break, made it even better.
To conclude: chair yoga makes you super relaxed and it’s nice to know you did something good for your body and flexibility

I subscribed because I didn’t know chair yoga and my curiosity pushed me to try it. I used to practice yoga, but I wanted to know how chair yoga works. Now I know that the exercises are based on the traditional yoga ones, but you don’t need a mat or yoga clothes. It’s perfect to do during lunch break to get your mind off things. I think yoga keeps the balance between exercising and relaxing just right. I really felt recharged after the session.
The session was very nice. The teacher felt exactly how she had to approach the group. She explained the exercises very clearly and they were in a good order to build the physical effort, but we were still able to do a lot of exercises. The session was very open. You didn’t have to force your body in all sorts of difficult positions. Every participant had to decide individually how hard he or she wanted to make it.
Chair yoga is relaxing for mind and body. No preconditions, just try it!

I subscribed because I happened to be at the office that day and not at a client. Of course I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to get moving at work as I had never heard of chair yoga.
The session made me feel really good, especially my back. Mentally, it made me feel peaceful!

As there was a spot left for the session, I grabbed my chance to try out chair yoga. I practice yoga in my spare time, although I think I don’t do it enough. Also at work I barely move around. I wasn’t familiar with chair yoga though, but I thought it went very well. It was relaxing and not difficult. It felt nice to make time for your body and to balance body and mind!

Why did I sign up for the chair yoga session? Exercising and sport are often done before or after work. When times are getting busier, people cut in those ‘free’ moments. The combination of working and exercising sounded like an opportunity. Normally I hardly move throughout the working day, with 4000-6000 steps a day. This was a good first class, it was very accessible to people with different levels who have an open mindset. It’s very handy to know how you can move while being at your desk, I recommend it to everyone!
