Meet our coach – Tim Moriau

I started my trainer career at 19. During the past years I’ve become a professional top sport coach, specialized in long distance running. In addition to various sports-related training courses, I especially had the chance to learn from the best coaches and athletes in Europe.

Over the years I developed my own training vision and I also founded the Olympic Running Team. In this team I guide, among others, Isaac Kimeli, Simon Debognies, Thomas De Bock, Lisa Rooms and many other talented athletes.

As you know, I have the pleasure to coach the CEO, some partners and 10 employees of EY Belgium who volunteered to participate at the Paris marathon in 2020.

I’m participating because I believe this is a great idea to improve the work-life balance of EY people : this journey with allow them to expand their boundaries, step out of their comfort zones and learn a lot about themselves. I guarantee that it’ll be a truly enriching experience. I am determined  to provide the people of EY with really good coaching both on the personal and physical levels. I believe communication and coaching is the key to achieve good results. I also hope to support them in a different way of living that will increase their life quality in the end.

That’s why in addition to the physical trainings I also coach them during their competitions and I support them with advice on nutrition, running training, supplementation, footwear, … In short, I propose full guidance towards the marathon that is more than just running laps.
