Peaches and cream oatmeal smoothie

Ingredients for two: 

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup ice until smooth

Instructions

Put the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
