Dwars door Hasselt is a running competition trough the city streets of Hasselt. Every year, thousands of sports enthusiasts take part in this fun event.
The distances – 5km, 10km, 15km – makes it a competition for each level. Along the course and on the Kolonel Dusartplein will be a lot of (musical) entertainment that will provide a lot of atmosphere and ambiance.
A great run through the capital of Limburg. An ideal and sporty opportunity to (re)discover the beautiful Hasselt!

Every participation in a sporting event, where you register via the EY In Motion platform, 100% refunded by EY.
How does that work?
The EY employee is responsible for registering via the button ‘SUBSCRIBE’ on this platform, finalising correctly and paying the event organiser.
A few days after the event, you will receive an email from EY In Motion containing a confirmation link for your participation. This link allows you to confirm your request and claim the ‘EY Cashback’.
We will then check that you took part, with the event organiser. If approved, you will receive an email from eyinmotion@be.ey.com containing a code and instructions for claiming your event costs.
NB! This EY Cashback is only valid for registrations that correspond to active participation in the event! What if you register but don’t take part, for a valid reason? Click on ‘Cancellation policy’ for more information.

Follow the event:
After registration and payment on the (event organiser’s) platform, it is no longer possible to claim a refund of the registration fee if you cancel your participation.
As of registration, the event organiser’s terms and conditions apply. In the event of any uncertainty, check the website for the sporting event itself as the organiser may offer cancellation options.
Have you registered but you can’t take part?
- Check the organiser’s website. There may be options, under certain circumstances, where you can cancel; this could involve a charge.
- Are you looking for an EY colleague who could take your place? He/she could then take part under your name.
- Do you have valid reasons for not taking part (medical, family, etc.)? In that case, please send an email to eyinmotion@be.ey.com with evidence of the reason for your absence. If this is approved, you will be entitled to the EY Cashback.
Be aware! Reasons such as insufficiently trained, too much work, a wedding reception, etc. are not valid reasons! Check your diary before you register!
